Training Procedures
Techniques of cleaning, products for cleaning, equipment for cleaning and many other items are all ongoing. Each employee is placed in a facility and thoroughly trained by a Training Supervisor. The employee works with the training supervisor until such time as the Training Supervisor and the Area Manager determine the employee is capable of working alone. The Area and Building Supervisor continue to monitor and train the employee.

Safety Measures |
Safety is a high priority with Whiteway and we are vigilant in keeping a safe workplace. OSHA approved products, protective gear, first aid kits in all janitor closets, back braces, and eye washes are all standard in all facilites. We are also in compliance with the Blood Born Pathogen regulation. Products and equipment are checked daily to maintain proper working order. Training is also a factor in safety.

Security |
All employees wear a shirt identifying them as employees of Whiteway Building Service. All Building Supervisors call Whiteway's office upon arrival at their facility to receive any late additional instructions. Upon completion of the night's cleaning of the facility, the supervisor again calls to notify the office that duties were completed. Lastly, the lights are turned off and the building is secured. Identification photo I.D.'s are available upon request. Online background checks are run on all employees and are completed prior to their work assignment.
